Terms & Conditions of Our service
These Terms and Conditions (âTermsâ) govern the use of mobile tyre and battery replacement services (âServicesâ) provided by Back2Road Tyres (âweâ, âourâ, or âusâ) to customers (âyouâ or âclientâ) in Sydney and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Returns and Refunds
â˘All goods sold are final.
â˘We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tyres, batteries, or any other products once they have been installed or delivered, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
â˘If a product is deemed faulty under warranty, we will assist with manufacturer warranty claims as applicable.
Pricing & Payments
â˘Prices quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
â˘Additional costs may apply for specialty tyres, batteries, run-flat tyres, or after-hours services.
â˘Payment is due at the time of service via EFTPOS, credit/debit card, or cash.
â˘Invoices are available upon request.
Cancellations & No-Shows
â˘Cancellations made of appointment or no-shows may be charged a call-out feeÂ
Warranty
All new tyres are covered by the manufacturerâs warranty against manufacturing defects.
Note:-We do not currently provide wheel alignment as a mobile service. We strongly recommend that customers have vehicle wheel alignment checked and adjusted at a qualified workshop after:
â˘We Installed new tyre/tyres, and
â˘Every 5,000 â 10,000 km (or as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer).
â˘Proper wheel alignment helps prevent uneven tyre  wear, improves fuel efficiency, and ensures safe handling.
â˘Warranty does not cover:
â˘Misuse, neglect, accidents, or road hazards.
â˘Uneven tyre wear caused by poor alignment, suspension issues, or failure to maintain regular servicing.
â˘Failure to maintain correct tyre pressure.
Battery warranty period & conditionsÂ
Private use:- Two Years WarrantyÂ
Commercial use:- One year warrantyÂ
Taxi Use:- Six months warrantyÂ
Note:-Discharged Battery, (for example left the lights on ,door open ,alternator failure, vehicle wasnât driven for extended period of time or any current drain due to electrical fault) will NOT be covered under warranty and CALL OUT charges will be applicable to test the battery.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
â˘Provide safe and legal access to the vehicle and working area.
â˘Ensure the vehicle is in a suitable condition for tyre or battery replacement (e.g., not stuck off-road or in an unsafe location).
â˘Disclose any mechanical or electrical issues that may impact service.
Liability
â˘While we take all reasonable care during service, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
â˘We are not responsible for issues unrelated to tyres or batteries, such as suspension, brake, or electrical problems unless directly caused by our negligence.
Environmental Policy
We comply with local regulations for tyre and battery disposal. We encourage recycling and proper disposal practices and may charge a small disposal fee where applicable.
Privacy Policy
All customer information collected during bookings is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
